Rob Cannock

Director

Rob is a highly experienced property advisor to various institutional investors, property companies and high net worth individuals. Rob founded Aurum Real Estate in 2008 with Peter Goldstein. With extensive market knowledge gained across multiple industry sectors in the UK and Europe over 30 years, Rob has an excellent understanding of property investment and development with considerable inter-personal skills. Capable of providing in depth analytical cash flow modelling advice incorporating multiple scenarios to inform decision making. An accomplished broker who has completed numerous complex acquisitions and disposals. Experienced in equity raising and debt financing. Holds strategic asset management and overall portfolio advisory roles. Extensive contact base. A trusted business partner and advisor with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Peter Goldstein

Director

With nearly 40 years of extensive experience. Peter has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of investing and funding in the property industry. Originally Founded Michael Elliott in 1985, Peter then went on to start Aurum Real Estate in 2008 with Robert Cannock. Since the 1980s, Peter has specialised in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential development projects for institutional clients with a combined value in excess of £5 Billion. Peter is a highly experienced property advisor to family offices, private prop cos and institutions and has substantial experience with investing in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, the Balhas and Canada.

David Caine

Associate Director

Tasked with identifying and delivering suitable commercial investment and development opportunities Nationwide, David has developed a wide range of agency, occupier and investor contacts, which have led to a number of successful off-market acquisitions during his time at Aurum.

Steve Johns

Consultant

Steve is an experienced London property agent, with proven expertise in managing relationships and maximising value for institutional investors, landlords, property companies, family offices and occupiers. He has specific skills in leasing, marketing, design development, flexible leasing and disposals developed within a diverse client portfolio reflecting all sectors of the dynamic Central London market. He has worked on some of the most successful schemes in London during his 27 year career. Steve has a successful track record built from deep market knowledge, excellent listening, communication and presentation skills and having a reputation for being a confident and trusted business partner.

Giles Worrall

Consultant

Giles is a highly experienced senior property advisor, with 25 years of market experience and contacts, having worked on successful and innovative property investment and development projects for a wide range of clients. Possesses a high level of technical experience including; disposal of corporate vehicles with associated CGT and Corporation Tax issues; setting up and working with joint ventures between developers and investors; appraising portfolios and analysing potential returns on investment opportunities. Specialised at working with clients to develop strategy and produce the detailed investment analysis required to deliver disposal and acquisition objectives.

Ciaran Jordan

Development Surveyor

Ciaran is a development surveyor working on sourcing and securing new development projects, occupier liaison, and project implementation in the UK. Prior to joining Aurum Real Estate in 2021, Ciaran studied for his BA at the University of Bristol. Ciaran has also completed two apprentice programmes for City Grove in 2018 and 2021.
